How RCSC membership works

The Recreation Centers of Sun City (RCSC) runs the community’s recreation centers, golf courses and clubs. Membership is tied to the property, not the person, and each property can have up to two member cards.

Every property pays the annual assessment, whether or not the owners live there or use the facilities.

What this means when you sell

The fees due at a sale are set out in the purchase contract, including who pays them. I confirm them with you before we list, so the numbers on your net sheet match what you see at closing.

If you are selling a parent’s home, the same fees apply to a transfer from an estate. I help families sort out the RCSC paperwork along with the sale.

Buying in Sun City

Ask about the annual assessment, the fee at purchase and any deed restrictions before you make an offer. I walk you through each one.
