This Privacy Policy explains how Mike Vasquez, REALTOR®, a licensed real estate agent with Barrett Real Estate, LLC (“I,” “me” or “my”), collects, uses and protects your information when you visit mikevasquezrealestate.com or go.mikevasquezrealestate.com, fill out a form, book an appointment, or contact me by phone, email or text message.

Information I collect

Information you give me.

Your name, email address and phone number
Your property address and details about your home, plans and timeline
Anything you include in a message, form or appointment request

Information collected automatically. When you use the site, I may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the site that referred you, and cookie data. This is collected through tools such as Google Analytics and advertising pixels (for example, Meta).

Information from other sources. Public property records, MLS data, and lead details from advertising platforms when you submit a form on those platforms.

How I use your information

To respond to your requests and send what you asked for, such as a guide or a home value estimate
To contact you about your real estate questions by phone, email and, if you agreed, text message
To schedule, confirm and remind you of appointments
To send occasional emails with market updates and resources (you can unsubscribe anytime)
To improve the site and measure the results of my advertising
To meet legal, licensing and brokerage recordkeeping requirements

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text message consent box on a form, or otherwise agree, I may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments and real estate updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email. I may still send messages about an active transaction or appointment.

How I share information

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only:

With service providers that help me run my business, such as my CRM and marketing platform (HighLevel), email and text message delivery providers, website hosting and analytics. They may use it only to provide services to me.
With my brokerage, Barrett Real Estate, LLC, as required for supervision and recordkeeping
With a lender, title company, inspector or other professional, only when you ask me to connect you
When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of others

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, understand traffic and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work. How long I keep information

I keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, licensing and brokerage recordkeeping requirements. After that, I delete it or remove details that identify you.

How I protect information

I use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
